This past Thursday I did an in-service at IF White Rock. I have been working there Monday and Wednesday evenings as one of their movement specialists. It was great to be with the team and I felt the hour went really well.
I focused the talk on areas of Failed Load Transfer (FLT) in the inline lunge and one leg stance. Baring the client has a soft-tissue or articular restriction, often simple tactile and audible cues can make a big difference to the persons form.
