Why: You are dedicated to your sport and train hard week in and week out, but need a guidance to help you perform at your best and lessen the likelihood for injury.
The offer: Base package is three sessions at 225. We set goals, identify key areas of skill or strength acquisition and then set a plan. Follow-ups vary depending on needs but often include clinical exercise, plan updates, and coaching.
