In a one hour consult we address your goals and concerns, educate, and treat using active approaches. I don’t use any machines or needles, I focus on finding ways for you to move more and with less pain – as I say movement is the best medicine.
Why: Addressing injuries early can a make a difference to your quality of life and will set you up for success as you continue to be active. It may not always be easy but there are solutions to pain. It is my job to help you find them and empower you to use them long term.
